• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour may incur a 10% fee.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

5. Changes to Bookings

• We are happy to accommodate changes to your reservation at no extra charge when possible.

6. Health and Safety

• All participants are required to follow the safety instructions provided by our guides and crew.
• Joe Sharm Travel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with safety regulations.

• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions or natural disasters.
